If you are a business large or small and facing a period of under-performance and in need of a solution this site is for you. We have a range of solutions many of which cost you nothing and are freely available here in the form of tutorials and worked examples. If there is something you are looking for but cannot find just contact us and we'll dig it up for you. With a collective century of experience we have lots of stuff that is just too time consuming to put on the website.
Then again you might have tried the self-help approach and for whatever reason are in a crisis. Depending on how deep it is, we have cost effective solutions for you. If you aren't sure what to do then just contact us, there's no harm in chatting and if we can't help you we'll point you in the right direction. Please note we are completely independent and there is no incentive to suggest possible avenues of solution to you other than seeing you and your business thrive.
We provide distressed, stressed, and under-performing businesses with a range of solutions to initially survive and then go on to thrive. This focus of ours excludes actual insolvencies and winding-downs. We will only work with a business where our Reasonable Prospect analysis and Turnaround planning indicates that a going concern will emerge.

We are three middle-aged South African partners, young enough to have high energy and loads of enthusiasm, yet old enough to have gained years of experience intentionally and locally, across multiple industries, in all aspects of business transformation. This includes large corporate turnarounds, debt workouts, and business rescues. We are not lawyers, nor do we claim to be lawyers with any kind of insolvency competency, (although Anneke de Jong, our contracts specialist has a Post Graduate Masters in Law from UCT). We are apologetically business solutions architects, with degrees in Engineering, Commerce and Finance. We have close associations with one or two of the top Insolvency and Restructuring Practices at the top law firms in the country, whose values, business acumen, strategic legal thinking we admire.

A Business Turnaround, must enable sustainable changes to the business, beyond the fundamentals, like cash flow. Obviously, depending on the pressures faced by the business, we make every effort to coach the business through the various stages of a turnaround - a unique offering in South Africa.

There is no requirement to register and you are completely free to read, digest, take and apply what you can or need in the pursuit of any solutions to whatever business issue you face. We have a lot more, and if something is not there, just ask and we will make it available to you, if we can. These tools and methodologies form the basis of a lot of what we do ourselves, but obviously we can't be held responsible for your business decisions and outcomes if we are not consulted. This should not scare you off, this is intended to be self-help and we encourage everyone to start off here.
